Join the 2023 FIS University Summer Internship Program!
As a 2023 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 5, 2023 and conclude on August 11, 2023.
About The Team
The FIS Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs department is responsible for ensuring that our products, our technology, our processes, vendors, and clients meet industry standards for security, compliance, and the protection of sensitive data. The Critical Relationship Management team operates within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs and has responsibility for performing security-focused risk assessments of our most important third-party relationships. The output of these assessments is used to drive down the level of risk to an acceptable level.
What You Will Be Doing
You will help support the end-to-end critical relationship management program which includes managing business, security, compliance, and contractual risks associated with working with third parties.
You will help coordinate the distribution of due diligence questionnaires to the vendors, support the review of submitted questionnaires for completeness, ensure appropriate stakeholders finalize reviews and determine the overall risk remediation strategy for issue tracking.
Supporting activity to develop new and enhance existing metrics and reporting
You will help to support new initiatives to continue to expand and improve the overarching CRM program and work with senior stakeholders to promote the value and continued awareness
What You Bring
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Rising Senior (graduating December 2023 through May 2024)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
