INTERN – Engineering Analysis

We are seeking an intern to facilitate future hiring within the NOx team and Vitesco. The candidate will work up to 6 months to gain value added experiences within the NOx team.

Job Description

This position will provide a student pursuing a concentration in engineering technology or related field with opportunities to learn and experience working in an Exhaust & Emissions Sensors Automotive Engineering Community. This intern will gain exposure to interacting with technicians & engineers, using various analysis techniques & tools, specification data, and methods to capture measurements, and analysis results in order to support the Warranty Return Center, Applications Engineering, Production Validation and other research projects.

Basic Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering Technology or related field
• Must have completed one full year of study in a 2- or 4-year program (Associates or Bachelor’s)
• Must be enrolled in a US accredited degree program
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 (Requirement for ALL intern candidates)
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, WORD, Outlook), Windows IT environment
• Must have good oral & written communication skills
• Must be Versatile, flexible, ability to multitask, Highly Motivated, Willingness to learn new analysis tools and methods
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Requirements

• Exposure to Power BI, Python, SQL, MathLAB, Minitab, Microsoft Access, C#, Office 365 (OneNote, TEAMs, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic electronics
