Information Technology Intern

The Information Technology intern will have the opportunity to assist in projects to contribute to the everyday success of American Trim. The candidate will work directly with end users and other members of the IT staff and will report to the Network Engineer & Technical support manager.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will participate in the following key initiatives:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, email, or help desk ticket
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Deploy new computer, telephony, and audio-visual Hardware
• Assist in the administration and deployment of company software packages
• Assist in the development of new technology solutions to meet business needs
• Utilize, Develop and Maintain Documentation
