Human Resources Internship – 12 months – Geneva 100%

Join our HR Department for a 12-month paid internship. We offer an excellent on the job learning opportunity in an international and dynamic working environment.

You will take on responsibility from day one. You will learn about and gain first-hand experience of key HR processes: Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Employee Relations, Legal and Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or equivalent
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR or other business functions
  • Fluent in French and English with a good command of German
  • Agile learner with excellent organizational skills
  • Team player, enjoys working and interacting with people
  • Curious, flexible, open to new challenges and opportunities
  • Detail oriented and interested in analytics
  • At ease with figures, MS Office tools and using different IT systems.
