For one of our Client – Expert in delivering end-to-end IT software solutions (Microsft Dynamics 365) that help clients optimize their operations, grow and lead in their sector we are looking for candidates for the postion: HubSpot Specialist

As the HubSpot Specialist, you will be tasked with understanding all aspects of the HubSpot configuration and all its technical/functional capabilities. You’ll build and manage dashboards, reports, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users. You will also act as the primary administrator of HubSpot instance and contact database including the creation and maintenance of workflows and custom fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Hubspot architecture planning and managing
  • Hubspot administration
  • Managing HubSpot database, including data integrity and enrichment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand marketing and sales objectives and supporting the appropriate systems, processes, and tools to help teams accomplish their goals
  • Consistently and proactively developing, documenting, measuring, and optimizing commercial business processes, and automating where appropriate
  • Utilizing automation for lead nurturing and data management
  • Be a point of contact & resource for internal end-users to field questions, troubleshooting issues and resolve problems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience with HubSpot or similar marketing software
  • A solid understanding of inbound marketing with experience using marketing methodologies and practices in order to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation
  • Experience with Hubspot software
  • Understand inbound marketing strategies
  • English: fluent / communicative level
  • Attention to detail, quick thinking, and a demonstrated proficiency in creating content
  • A passion for operations and process
  • Ability to learn new skills and determine on-going learning opportunities
  • Making strategy a reality
  • Autonomous, able to troubleshoot and problem solve independently, and treats the brand as your own
  • Deals well with criticism and able to collect feedback easily
  • Great communication skills
  • Lifelong learner and able to identify new learning opportunities
