We are currently recruiting a HRIS IT Project Manager to join our small and busy HR team

This is a remote/hybrid position and will consider applicants who are homebased in the US, UK, and other RI country of operations.

Contract Type: Full time fixed term 12–18-month contract

About the opportunity

Relief International is excited to be looking to source and implement a global Human Resources Information System in all our countries of operating. This is a critical project management role supporting the Chief HR Officer and Global IT Manager.

You will lead the project by critically partnering with our HR team, IT team, key business sponsors and 3rd party implementation partners. Managing the delivery and implementation of a new Global HR Information System solution across all RI locations globally.

Determine and coordinate the lifecycle for the project, be responsible for the management of project resources, schedules, and adherence to the project plan. They will oversee the identification, design and implementation of the HRIS,

In addition, provide ongoing support to users of RI’s existing HR systems, as well as identify gaps and opportunities for upgrading and streamlining these systems based on business needs, new technologies and trends.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the entire life cycle of the HRIS project, developing and driving a project plan in partnership with internal and external partners

Project delivery on time and on budget

Overseeing all project activities such as

  • requirements definition
  • design and gap analysis
  • application configuration
  • data migration and integration
  • testing support
  • roll out and training delivery
  • communication plan and updates

About you

You will bring the following:

  • Proven success in delivering IT Projects within the HR/Payroll/Finance space and working on a global HRIS implementation
  • Significant knowledge and experience across a range of HRIS and web-based HR service delivery tools, such as Bamboo, Sage and Net Suite/ oracle systems
  • Relevant IT qualifications and project management experience
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative skills, and ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
  • Bring an understanding of HR policy and procedures
