CONTEXT
Intern to assist the HRIS Talent and Experience team in deploying and designing our onboarding tool across Brands and Regions.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a HRIS Onboarding Intern, you will be in charge of Enboarder, our Onboarding tool:
- Integration of Enboarder with different systems
- Creation of the workflows
- Support and advice on the creation of the different workflows for Maisons and Regions
- IT contact for the Enboarder project Team
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
- You are an excellent communicator and you are rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative
- You have a good team spirit.
- You are client oriented, open-minded, organized and love to be challenged to solve problems.
- You like to connect the dots between different tools using API’s. Knowledge in Javascript, HTML and CSS is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
- You are available for a 6-month internship with start date 15.10.2024
- Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
