This is an opportunity for Permanent Employment with Norlox Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Job Roles & Requirements:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop a campus recruitment strategy and attend job fairs and recruitment open houses in university campuses and other job venues.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges/social platforms as well as update job postings on company websites.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Job Brief:

• Designation: HR Recruiter.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preferred).
• Experience: 0-1 Years. Freshers can also apply.
• Shift: Five Working Days(Monday-Friday).
• Timing: 10:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
• Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed).
• Salary: Negotiable (Best in the Market).
• Job Type: Full Time.
