We are looking for a Human Resources – Placement Student to join our team specializing in Human Resources to have the great opportunity to assist with Employee Relations, lead own HR related projects and deal with various challenges across corporate groups across EMEA.

This is a 12-month placement working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

Salary is £21,000 plus Company performance bonus.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Supporting employees and managers across EMEA Corporate groups in customer and business focused support functions.
• Partnering directly with employees and managers on all areas of the people profession – Onboarding, learning and development, people analytics, talent management and resourcing, employee relations and diversity and inclusion.
• Quickly gain a high level of responsibility on key projects and will gain exposure to senior management and leaders across the organisation.
• Coordinate training and maintain training records.
• Assisting with visa management tasks
• Supporting Line HR with ad hoc or regular tasks as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• We are looking for a wide range of applicants, working towards a HRM or Business-related degree is essential (2nd year completed) ideally with modules in Human Resources and not graduating this academic year.
• Must have a passion for learning, be able to work inclusively and value people.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude due to direct employee and manager contact and support required.
• High level of confidentiality due to the nature of the work in the HR team, well organized and able to deal with multiple priorities
