Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Report Line: Director of Operations, Greater China
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Responsibilities:
- Support on coordinating the HR process including recruitment, on-boarding and exit, such as call candidate for interview, send interview invitation to candidate, send Job Application Form, keep warm of candidate, send thanks letter, collecting required on-boarding documents, acknowledge on employee handbook, collecting back access card, cabinet keys, filing exit checklist and other administrative work.
- Documents filing, including collect docs, scan, save docs and track lacking files for employee personal files and some non-confidential docs.
- HR Recruitment Source (website, opening positions tracker) and HR common email refresh and maintenance
- CV screening for junior level positions & Intern positions recruitment: Authorization Form, JD post, CV screening, interview arrangement, follow up etc.
- Assist foreign expats for visa application to consult the exit&entry office
- Employee Commercial Insurance: Employee Q&A, deal with insurance company commissioner, insurance docs arrangement
- Other ad-hoc tasks support and assistance.
Requirements:
MUST:
- Previous internship working experience in HR or admin department.
- Can work at least 3~4 days per week.
- English level – speaking and writing – very good, CET-6 is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Software(Word,Excel etc)
- Time management skills
- Responsible and self-motivated
PREFERRED:
- Possible HR-related background or experience
- Experience working in foreign companies and working as HR/admin assistant intern
- Fluent oral & written English
- Quick learn ability & high adaptability
