Your role

Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, this role will involve the administration of all Central employee related HR issues and supporting the Central HR team with projects and application of policy and processes.

What You’ll Need

• Strong administration experience.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with managers at all levels within a business.
• Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information/ data while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Sound MS office skills, particularly in excel, word and outlook.
• Flexibility to travel between sites within NI.
• Experience working within a HR team
• Gained or working towards a HR qualification.
