The Essence of the Role
To provide administration support to the HR Advisor, HR Manager and the senior management team.
Scope of the HR Administrator
- Assist with the recruitment process, advertise jobs, liaise with agencies and arrange interviews
- Provide administration support to the HR and Payroll department
- Support all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle (starters, leavers, changes to terms, reward etc)
- Collating and analysing HR Data and providing monthly/quarterly reports
- Administration of all incoming information – Probation reviews, absence information, performance reviews
- Ad hoc administrative tasks and support with HR project work as and when required
Prerequisites
- Ideally have 1 year of HR working experience
- CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
