- You will have prior experience of working within or directly supporting a busy HR Function.
- You have experience of using HR systems and have a good understanding of HR policies & best practise.
- Your IT skills are excellent, and you have exceptional attention to detail.
- Your customer service ethics and ability to build relationships with colleagues are second to none.
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills
- You will ideally be working towards a CIPD qualification, although it is not essential
