The Role
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director Hotel Openings and VP Hotel Openings and Guest Quality and within the limits of the established Policies and Operational Standards, his/her responsibilities are to provide efficient, timely and accurate assignment executions of all Hotel Openings and Guest Quality Departments’ related tasks. The base will be United Arab Emirates – HUB Office IMEAT in Media City, Dubai.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Taskworld Project Management
Review and update all relevant workspaces in Taskworld for the current calendar year and beyond
Be Smart, well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
Report regularly on all Hotel Opening related matters to Director and Manager Hotel Openings
Prepare update reports and presentations to reflect up-to-date Hotel Opening project status and number of opening rooms in Powerpoint / Prezi or other presentation tools.
Support the update and fine-tuning of the Hotel Opening Task Template in Taskworld
Monitor all Workspaces in Taskworld and ensure accuracy / assign tasks and projects to the relevant stakeholders
Diarize / Organize / Plan and record all Hotel Opening Support Meetings
Diarize / organize / Plan and record all Hotel Opening Regional Update meetings
Ensure good communication with all Departments within the IMEAT Hub, related to Hotel Openings
Conduct training sessions for new Hotel Opening Teams on the Hotel Opening process and tools
Execute Administrative tasks and request for the VP and Director Openings
Understand the Hotel Operational structure with all departments and their functionality

Guest Quality

Ensure familiarity with the Guest Experience function in IMEAT Hub
Support the CX team with organizing regular Update calls.
Support the VP Guest experience with preparing sheets / presentations and other CX related requests
Support the VP Guest Experience with compiling the annual target setting for RPS (Reputation Performance Score
Assist with the support of the IMEAT Allsafe Re-labeling roll out for 2022
Assist the VP Guest Quality with coordination of the Mystery Shopping Audit process

Job Requirements
Positive, can do attitude
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Clear communicator
Solid Excel skills / Computer literate
