As the Health and Safety Manager at Bicester Village, you’ll be supporting the development and delivery of the overall Health and Safety strategy for The Bicester Village Shopping Collection.
You’ll be responsible for Health and Safety compliance, reporting and documentation within Bicester Village, as well as working with internal teams and external suppliers to raise the level of health and safety performance across Bicester Village, as well as sharing best health and safety practice across all of our villages in Europe.
This Health and Safety Manager is a full time, permanent role based in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire. Due to the nature of this role, we cannot offer hybrid working.

- Experience of Health & Safety within a property management or a retail environment
- Understanding of luxury retail positioning
- Ability to simultaneously manage and deliver multiple complex project on time and with 100% legal compliance
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- An ‘even better if’ mentality where you’re always raising the bar
- Exceptional communication skills and be computer literate
- Ideally NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
