firstPRO is hiring a Data Analyst for our client located in Camden, NJ. This is a contract opportunity that will sit onsite in Camden, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the program and partnership with the data provider, Urban Science, including the coordination of stakeholder meetings
- monitoring and responding to the Helpdesk requests (e.g., reporting, enrollment, credit requests)
- Monitors and analyzes metrics to interpret, report, and provide insight to SOA Headquarters marketing stakeholders
- Collaborates on the implementation of key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
- Supports the broader Marketing Insights & Research team on projects such as monthly performance reporting, analytics deep-dives, and customer research
Skills
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Tableau and/or business intelligence/reporting dashboards.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and coordinate changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to help identify business opportunities and track performance.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and present to upper management in a concise and professional manner.
- Ability to use often complex and technical tools which can then be concisely communicated to other stakeholders.
