HEAD OF SPA THERAPIST FOR HOTEL JOB DESCRIPTION ��� Managing of all therapists, development and training in specialist treatments and good customer service in hotel,��� Conducting body and treatment evaluations for hotel guests on a regular basis with regard to the standards required,��� Checking a daily check of all fitness equipment in the massage room and recording the materials which are necessary as required by policy and procedure,��� Managing with hotel guests to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service,��� Providing treatments and training within the therapy department to the highest standards of service,��� Overseeing treatment rooms, ensuring they are kept in-line with standards,��� Organizing and controlling an effective stock management system of all treatment. REQUIREMENTS ��� At least 2-3 years of experience a Therapist role in a Hotels or Spa Centers,��� Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach,��� A good communicator with the ability to motivate fellow spa team members,��� Good verbal and written communication in English,��� Confident in dealing with people, and smiling, full of energy character.
