About your Role:

The Head of Repair Operations is responsible for developing and executing the repair growth strategy in the Region Middle East & Asia Pacific in alignment with the overall organizational goals. This position collaborates with regional sales (GS) and other repair centers performing compression work to align repair strategies with overall business objectives and ensures effective communication and coordination between repair centers and repair engineering.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, customer-focused leader dedicated to achieving our goals of meeting financial targets, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and growth

This role will report into the Head of Service Region Middle East & Asia Pacific for Compression and can be based on any of the following sites:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Kuala Lumpur
  • Naroda
  • Pune

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop and execute the repair growth strategy in alignment with the overall organizational goals incl. developing regional compression repair footprint while securing and growing customer satisfaction.,
  • Secure and enhance operational excellence in STG / GS lead regional repair centers (7 non-CP repair centers) in alignment with our internal customers and internal suppliers.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for repair shops in the region, monitor and analyze performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and process improvement measures while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between repair centers and our regional execution organization (quoting and project management) as well as our internal and external parts suppliers and repair engineering experts.
  • Ensure consistent adherence and drive topic resolution regarding quality standards and operational procedures.
  • Manage the regional repair budget, including forecasting and cost control measures, monitor financial performance, implement strategies for cost optimization.
  • Secure CP needs and development, and the following of defined CP methods and procedures in STG/GS lead shops.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, ideally combined with an MBA or equivalent management experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, operation environment, service business, order management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, paired with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages applicable for the assigned region being an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
