About this Role

You will own our MarTech stack end-to-end. Help us find, evaluate, integrate and maintain all the tools we need to perform to our full potential. You will also help us make strategic decisions through automation, reporting, and analyses – enabling us to figure out the ROI of our channels and tools. Essentially, you will be our secret sauce and our superpower.

What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with peers and leaders to understand their business needs and serve as a subject matter expert for all tech-driven solutions.
  • Own Swvl’s marketing analytics technology stack end-to-end (e.g. marketing automation, web analytics infrastructure). We trust you to help us find and evaluate the right tools.
  • Be responsible for the smooth functioning of Swvl’s MarTech stack.
  • Manage and forecast annual technology budget for the marketing org.
  • Build robust attribution models that effectively measure the performance of each channel.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. Help us become better versions of ourselves.
  • Work with revenue operations to build a view of marketing growth trajectory, and ensure robust planning.
  • Identifying and plugging the gaps in the marketing process which can be plugged in through a product.
  • Ensure lead and account level data sanctity in the marketing funnel.

What you’ll be

  • 5+ years of experience as a technomancer in a B2B company
  • Exposure to B2B marketing automation tools including Pardot, Salesforce Advertising Studio, HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, etc.,
  • Expertise in analytics and campaign management platforms like GTM, GA, AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.,
  • Understand MQLs, SALs, SQLs in the context of a B2B company.
  • Prior experience in running digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with business partners, and present ideas to executive leadership.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging strategies, trends, and techniques.
  • Self-driven individual with an ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and manage deadlines.
  • Understanding of data privacy and data processing laws – GDPR / CCPA / CAN-SPAM and others as applicable to marketing automation systems.
