Salary: £53,133 – £57,862 per annum plus car allowance up to the value of £15,500 or £4580 per annum cash equivalent.

About the department

No business can run successfully without a smooth financial operation and Jigsaw is no different.

To ensure this happens, our Finance department works hard to ensure all payment and income deadlines are met.

Role Information:

As Head of Income you will lead the income management team which provides an excellent and crucial service to our thousands of existing and former customers.

You will create an innovative income management strategy and translate this into operational plans to deliver results.

This is a great opportunity to make a difference and make your mark; bringing improvements to our strategies and service via the use of digital channels.

Within this role you will manage around 45 colleagues across the arrears recovery team including our dedicated money advice team – which is providing help and support to more of our residents than ever before.

You can choose to work 35 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday OR 35 compressed hours per week, between 7am and 7pm, over 4 days – with 50% of your time working from home upon completion of a satisfactory probation period.
