As a Head of Direct Sales in our team, you will grow our direct sales, focusing on our new Product, InsightLoop, that uses generative AI to transform customer and field service. You will be responsible for developing large strategic clients from first entry to deal closing. You report directly to the CEO. You will be located in Zurich Switzerland, working alongside with a team of currently 5-6 SDRs and Account Managers.

Tasks

  • Grow Coresystems’ InsightLoop revenues using both inbound and outbound sales approaches
  • Support/manage inbound sales for our other products (SAP FSM, ChronoHub) with large accounts
  • Be a hands-on leader, focusing on execution, quality, and cadence, and lead the sales process from the creation of opportunities to closing
  • Set the strategy to book meetings with key leaders at large accounts and deliver outstanding pitches for InsightLoop
  • Penetrate accounts at C-Level and build trust relationships
  • Be active on LinkedIn, building your own brand (in Service AI) and getting access to the right senior stakeholders at potential clients
  • Build and nurture a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by leading on wins and losses, coaching the team and leading by example
  • Effectively hire, develop, and lead a competent and diverse sales team
  • Implement or optimize sales processes, structures, and rigor that result in improved sales team performance
  • Work with the executive leadership team to ensure strategic and business objectives are met
  • Maintain accurate competitive insights, including assessments of key competitors
  • Establish productive collaboration with marketing, ensuring that success stories are captured, and client ROI is measured

Requirements

  • Ideally of 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales, experience with AI-based products is a plus
  • Native in German, highly proficient in English (C1/C2)
  • Overachieved in B2B SaaS Sales
  • You can get into and navigate Large Accounts (1bn+ Revenue)
  • Great understanding from manufacturing, machinery, industrial goods or similar industries
  • You are super smart and able to quickly grasp the product and how it works
  • CRM Junkie and knowledge in how to work well with SDRs
  • You have (co-)built a SaaS sales organization from scratch in a fast-paced, “zero-to-one” environment, preferably start-up or scale-up
  • Self-starter, can-do attitude, humble and entrepreneurial mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC), as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Excellent leadership, gravitas in senior client settings
