Executive Expatriate Relocations (EER)

Business Development

• Identifying new leads and potential markets, ensuring all leads are recorded in the sales database • Attend sales meetings with prospective clients, both local and overseas, overseeing the follow up discussions and communication

•Attend strategic networking events to promote EER Corporate Services, building relationships and identifying prospective clients, following up with new contacts to arrange meetings

• Manage the sales database, ensuring that all leads are recorded and up to date

• Report sales leads, monitoring the conversion rates and turnaround times, identifying areas of improvement, recommending changes and implementing approved actions

• Speak at events and attend international conferences and events as appropriate and target road trips at country level

• Manage the Corporate Service operations and Business Development teams

Client relationship management

▪ Oversee client relationships management, stepping in and acting if deemed necessary to maintain EERs point of difference as a client trusted advisor and subject matter expert, delivering exceptional client service

▪ Manage all client issues/concerns quickly and effectively to remain in positive standing and preserve credibility, ensuring all steps are followed within the agreed timelines, following up with the client to ensure total client satisfaction

▪ Oversee the survey satisfaction surveys, monitoring and reporting on achievements against satisfaction targets, making improvement recommendations, implementing approved enhancements

▪ Lead the business development team in building positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth

▪ Conduct spot check meetings with clients via phone calls, emails, video chats or in-person and up sell where appropriate

▪ Attend and participate frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to relevant market and represent company as a thought leader

Operations

▪ Oversee the management of the Corporate Services team to ensure workflow is handled effectively and efficiently in compliance with policies and procedures and timelines

▪ Monitor the onboarding of new clients to ensure their requirements have been established, information has been collated, options are researched, and company formation process is managed through to completion

▪ Oversee client complaints to ensure they are resolved in a timely/effective manner and to the satisfaction of the client

▪ Review departmental statistics, KPI’s or other data to determine the level of client service and approving necessary action to improve levels

▪ Review and approve reports for clients to analyze workflow and service delivery

▪ Review and approve quotes and proposals to clients ▪ Review and approve presentations and sales displays to ensure accuracy of data

▪ Oversee the update and ongoing maintenance of registers in line with government regulations and company policies such as UBO, AML/CFT and PEP registers

▪ Ensure annual and event driving filings are submitted to relevant jurisdictions on time such as ESR, UBO declarations, shareholder changes, banking reports, audited accounts

▪ Oversee the communication with clients regarding the progression and status of assigned cases, ensuring clients are satisfied

▪ Coordinate and monitor the status of cases with clients ensuring timely, quality service and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

▪ Manage the CRM tool/trackers to ensure they are used to track and manage all work accurately and on time

▪ Review and take action on high-level summaries of activity for management

▪ Research new/changing rules and requirements and ensure that the SOPs are updated with accurate information

▪ Build Relationships with all free zones and mainland with regard to corporate service requirements
