Summary

The Head of Corporate Sales will provide practical and creative input in the development of new business initiatives, the design of current and future strategic and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Corporate Sales unit across the country.
  • Meet voice and data acquisition sales targets, taking full responsibility for retaining and growing existing business.
  • Participate in formulating commercial strategies for B2B, government & VIP sectors.
  • Set Corporate Sales objectives and KPIs based on the company’s objectives.
  • Suggest new services and solutions to fulfill customer’s needs.
  • Analyze, complete & escalate any new information with suggested course of actions regarding market situation and competitor’s offers.
  • Participate in the products and service development, testing and improvement of enterprise and VIP services in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by ensuring that the best practice of service that guarantees corporate & VIP customer’s satisfaction.
  • Manage all sales channels targets and performance.
  • Develop & improve effective tools to manage and facilitate sales force & customer service activities.
  • Recruit & develop staff and unit to meet KPIs and go beyond the current circumstance to achieve success.
  • Measure performance based on KPIs and take the needed actions to ensure that the work is performed according to corporate placed strategy.
  • Conduct periodical field visits across Iraq.
  • Ensure the best balance between credit policy implementation and customer satisfaction upon making any decision related to customers.
  • Submit monthly report to CCO including all aspects of the unit’s activities performance, business development, sales and market analysis.
  • Prepare & follow up monthly, yearly corporate & VIP action plans and budget & submit them to CCO.
  • Lead, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and achieve department and unit objectives.
  • Seek and adapt new techniques related to Corporate Sales and commercial.
  • Perform any duty or assignment requested by management.
  • Finding resources to gather data about potential customers, prospect and open corporate accounts.

Competencies

  • Extensive working experience in similar roles at sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • High ability to influence.
  • Excellent presentation skills, ideally with experience using webinar software such as Zoom.
  • Highly analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proactive, initiative, creative and highly result oriented.

Work Experience

7-10 years of work experience in relevant field.

Education

Bachelor or Master in Business or in a relevant field.

  • English (required)
  • Kurdish (required)
