GuestReady is a Holiday Home company operating in Dubai, Europe and Asia.
Our mission is to optimize and manage furnished apartments on short term rental for our clients by renting them on different platforms such as booking.com, Airbnb, Property finder and many others.
We are looking for a Handyman/maintenance coordinator to join our team.
Your missions (not limited to):
Assist the onboarding team with furnishing assembly and installation
Unit maintenance quality control
Inspect our apartments and detect all maintenance issues
Create quotations and invoices
To be able to repair all minor maintenance issues
Supervise maintenance providers for larger works to ensure standards are met
Sufficient at problem-solving and able to troubleshoot as tasks arise
Working efficiently and economically whilst ensuring guests are satisfied with a proficient service
Responsible for maintaining and caring for our portfolio to a high standard and ensuring the properties are fully functional.
Requirements:UAE Driving license and your own car (mandatory)
– Knowledge and experience in maintenance (furniture assembly and installation, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting) – having your own tools (Guestready can help you upgrade your toolbox if necessary)Fluent in English (writing/speaking)Entrepreneurial, self-driven, self-motivated, and proactiveFast learner and willingness to go the extra mileAble to create invoices, quotations and use our internal software to oversee tasksNeed to be a detail-oriented person, polite, and able to meet customersMulti-tasker, able to work under high pressure, staying calm and composed, always focused on delivering great customer serviceAble to work on a 7-day roster with some shift work. The business operates 24/7. This position will include work on weekdays, weekends, mornings, and late evenings
