We have exciting opportunities to join our South Tyneside project based at Cookson House as a Group Worker.

Holistically supporting adult service users to enter and move through integrated recovery-oriented substance misuse services and increase opportunities for service users to achieve sustainable treatment outcomes within the partnership.

As directed by your supervisor and management, you will be an integral member of a dynamic multi agency team developing and delivering comprehensive and tailored group interventions that will include delivery of a full range of structured, open access and group support, some, one to one intervention may also be offered as identified as appropriate within supervision.

You will support service users to access resources and services to increase their recovery capital to help them achieve their recovery goal.
