Where you could work

You’ll be helping our New models of Care Complex Care Teams. We have a few different teams so there’s a variety of things to get stuck into. We’re looking for you to work within our Transforming Care team during a time of exciting growth.

There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting our teams with events, general business support to managers and colleagues as well as project work.

About You

You thrive both on working with people as well as being task focused. You’ll be flexible to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift or project. The great news is that you’ll be gaining loads of experience working on different tasks.

You may already work within administration or have done so in the past, however it’s not a deal-breaker if you haven’t. However, to be brilliant, we do need you to have an eye for detail and the desire to learn and make a difference!

How It Works

Working on our bank, you’ll be able to pick and choose your shifts. As busy as you are, you should be able to do this on the go via your mobile device!

At Home Group our pay rates are based on Living Wage Foundation rate (more than some organisations!) That means you’ll be paid a fair hourly rate for every hour that you work, and your rate even includes a payment towards your holiday pay!
