Graphic Designer (FT)


Graphic Design Work
Design and production of various creative projects, including emails, display ads, in-club signage, billboards, print outreach, and more.
Work closely with Marketing Department to maintain deadlines.
Facilitate creative needs of internal clients (e.g. operations, retail, group fitness, personal training, etc.).
Maintain Crunch-y brand standards across all internal and external projects.
Create eye-catching designs for a range of marketing channels: quarterly magazines, website, email and digital marketing, newspaper inserts and ads, signs and brochures.
Promote consistent branding and help establish standards for visual marketing elements.
Work as part of a team: Participate in creative brainstorming. Give and receive feedback. Communicate clearly.
Work independently: Stay organized and manage your time to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Be receptive to feedback from designers, VP of marketing or company ownership. Be willing to make revisions as needed.
Complete production work after designs approval, such as preparing press-ready files or slicing and optimizing graphics for emails.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in design and marketing.
Video Editing Work
Edit a variety of Crunch video projects, including sizzle reels, TV spots, social videos, internal instructional videos, online fitness classes, and more that support day-to-day operations of our 400+ Franchise and corporate-owned Crunch gyms.
Create simple motion graphics (animated text, lightsweeps, etc.) for video collateral.
Organize and maintain digital and physical archives of raw footage.
Creative and technical ability in video editing, demonstrated in samples of work.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (proficiency in other Adobe applications, especially Lightroom and Bridge, are also welcome).
Comprehension of video export settings, plus knowledge of simple audio mixing + color grading.
Understanding of video and design’s role in digital marketing best practices.
Experience with or understanding of digital asset management.
Production, photography, and/or copywriting skills are an added bonus.
A great attitude.
