Founded in 2010, Baitussalam Welfare Trust is among the very few Pakistan based international humanitarian NGOs with its offices established in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and a liasoning office in istanbul. Baitussalam enjoys its long term partnership with provincial disaster management authorities in Pakistan as well as Turkish disaster management authories. Baitussalam’s operations encompass Disaster & Emergency Relief Services, Social Welfare activities, Education, and Publications. Annually, Baitussalam serves to around 20.5 million marginalized and impoverished humanity through its range of free of cost services including but not limited to food and non-food items supply, meat distribution, shelter, orphans support, ambulance services, education support, water supply schemes, medical camps, and funeral services. GRANTS & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for Grants & Partnership Manager at our HQ in Karachi. This is a permanent position (based on your Educational Background and Experience) and will report directly to the Director of Planning.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Grants & Partnership Manager, you will be primarily responsible for seeking CSR funds, winning grant bids & meeting regulatory compliances for foreign funded projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced writing skills in English: Foreign Grants, CSR proposals, Bidding documents, reports (Assessment, Project, MEAL, Annual, and Research report), agreements, and contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degrees: B.Ed./ MBBS/ Nursing/ Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree: Social Sciences / Education / Public Health or equivalent. (Preferred)
  • 8-10 years of proven relevant working experience working in reputable national NGOs/ INGOs in the field of program delivery, partnership management, program development including resource mobilization/donor liaison, MEAL, policy, and compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Ability to analyze problems; identify alternative solutions; project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
  • Ability to meet, and work ahead of deadlines.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the experience in: PCP and EAD registration and/or compliance, Sector: Education/ Healthcare/ Entrepreneurship/ Skills Development / WASH, Corporate CSR and international donors working relationship, Quantitative and qualitative research experience, Islamic shariah compliance operational practices.
