Your role

- support the operational and technical integration of Payments organization in Switzerland
- analyze the current processes, operational setup and support Payments organization with legal merger, organizational transition, and client migration
- translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- support project management with documentation and production of status and forecast reports
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, CLS, Banknotes Integration team in Opfikon, Switzerland focusing on design and execution of integration. As a Payments Business Analyst, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the successful firm-wide integration. This is an exciting opportunity which will guarantee you with a challenging environment.
Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues in a diverse setting
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- an interest in developing a career in Operations, or in the field of Process Improvement, Project Management
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel and Powerpoint
- language skills is a plus
