Global HR Operations at Search for Common Ground is responsible for HR infrastructure which includes Benefits, Compensation, and Data Management. The infrastructure is the foundation that shapes a cohesive and standardized set of HR elements that allow for greater work efficiency to support both day to day operations and value added layers for the Global Human Resources program at Search.
Responsibilities
- Develops HR data integrity protocols and best practices
- Updates and maintains global programmatic tools, including the HRIS
- Contributes to the development of GHR infrastructure elements and protocols
- Partners with HR colleagues for capacity development in GHR infrastructure areas
Contributions
- Create and document checks and balances and workflows to ensure data is managed with timeliness and accuracy
- Lead in establishing and following best practices for knowledge management and documentation
- Develops and monitors workflow for all processes to include and not limited to HRIS best practices to support data integrity, internal system audits, integrating new software, performing diagnostic tests, and compensation database tools maintenance and protocols; as well as to support timely deliverables to support supervisor and Regional HR Business Partners and HR colleagues for their product deliverables for efficient HR management.
- Use database management best practices, expert excel skills and SQL queries to optimize, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
- Provide capacity building with systems and/or data tools for users
- Manage and perform system upgrades, system access and security protocols
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders and use HR principles and practices, to leverage and maintain the HRIS functional attributes and/or upgrade the current system or build requirements for an architectural study.
- Using Project Management protocols, lead the HR process and contribution to architectural studies and any new system implementations.
- Collaborate with IT and HR colleagues for external audit inquiries on Search HR systems
- Provide capacity strengthening for global report generation on key metrics, pay reports and other requested or established reports and conduct analysis

Education and Experience
- Typically BS/BA with minimum 9 years’ experience
- HR systems management and implementation experience and supporting skill set preferred, work in an international development organization is an advantage.
