Global Non Profit is looking for a Director of DE&I to join their amazing team. This role will be accountable for overseeing all DE&I matters including employee engagement, culture initiatives, disability, employee wellbeing, and mental health.

Description

* Effectively lead the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Culture department
* Responsible for creating structure and generating clear goals to enable the team to accomplish its objectives and helping the team analyse their effectiveness
* Develop organizational DEI strategies in collaboration with programs, strategic capabilities and operations to ensure a more strategically driven function which
responds to organizational requirements
* Oversee internal DEI consultancy services to strengthen the focus on employee wellbeing (mental and physical) initiatives
* Oversee the cross-organization culture working group to ensure implementation of the approved culture strategy
* Drive the organization-wide culture strategy via the cross-organization culture working group, including the creation of values for the organization
* Accountable for change management around employee engagement and oversee the annual
survey, including organizational level action planning.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior proven DE&I leadership experience within a global organization
  • Experience with impactful employee wellbeing and disability initiatives
  • Have led organizational development initiatives including organizational culture transformation
  • Familiarity with culture surveys, employee engagement surveys and action planning as a result of the survey outcomes Competencies Functional Competencies
  • A hands-on people manager, who will be involved in executing the day-to-day work
  • Strong DEI or organizational culture experience
  • Deep DEI policy acumen
  • Advanced stakeholder management at all levels
  • Business judgment and understanding, project and change management, and managing organizational change and strategic aptitude
  • Consulting, advisory and customer service

Job Offer

  • $150k-$200k base salary
