What you will do:
- Completion of monthly management accounts including variance analysis commentary and additional Group Finance requests for entities in the EMEA region in accordance with group reporting timetable
- Completion of month end balance sheet reconciliations within prescribed timelines. Highlighting balance sheet risks and opportunities.
- Working with external auditors and the SSC statutory accountant and other stakeholders to ensure statutory filings (e.g. annual accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, etc.) are filed in accordance with local regulatory requirements. This involves providing the auditors with the requested information (transactions listing and samples, including coordinating with other departments to obtain the backup) and answering their queries.
- Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts for the multiple bank accounts of the assigned entities.
- Working with Payroll team to ensure payroll is accurately processed, paid and accounted for.
- Working on intercompany balances and resolving any differences.
What we need from you:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal).
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Experience of multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Advance Excel skills.
- Ability to effectively manage tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Even better if you have:
- Associate or Bachelors Degree.
- Microsoft Navision experience.
