The job as a general volunteer will be to help both in the shop and in the warehouse, as needed during the week. We need volunteers at all times, from now on.
Our current projects include:
– Sorting donations at the warehouse and sending supplies to other organisations;
– Working in our free shop serving refugees and asylum seekers in Chios;
– Assisting with emergency projects.
The situation on Chios is constantly changing, so our projects may be slightly different when you come to volunteer.
Regarding volunteers, we request:
– A 4 week minimum stay;
– Fluency in english;
– Flexibility to help wherever is needed;
– Ability to work in teams and ensure a safe and comfortable working space.
