What You’ll Do
- Design and generate omics data sets including single cell and single nuclear RNA-seq
- Collaborate with colleagues in the biology and computational biology groups to design and analyze functional genomics experiments
- Present and discuss results of an experiment in team meetings and research presentations
- Keep accurate and complete laboratory documentation and electronic files
What You’ll Bring
- Currently pursuing MS or PhD in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, cell biology or related field
- Strong expertise in molecular biology including cloning, DNA and RNA purification and diverse PCR methods
- Experience in cell biology techniques including mammalian cell culture, lentiviral transduction, transfection and running functional cell-based assays
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work onsite 40 hours/week Monday-Friday
- Authorization to work in the US

Strongly Preferred
- Experience in processing mammalian tissue samples is desired
- Deep knowledge in the field of immunology is a plus
- Experience in NGS library preparation, 10X Genomics scRNA-seq platform is a plus but not required
- Ability to analyze NGS data and knowledge of linux, R and/or python is a plus
- Experience with flow cytometry/FACS
