What you need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or in completion) at a top university with a focus on business or a related field
- First work experience in high-performance environments: food delivery or logistics startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, or E-Commerce
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving oriented mindset
- Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
- Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style
- Comfortable when making decisions using limited information and resources
- Fluency in English and German
- And of course: A passion for food
