Founder Associate Intern (m/f/x)

We are looking for an ambitious Founder Associate Intern (m/f/x) in Berlin, ready to unlock a new category of food delivery and keen to work on new solutions to deliver a modern culinary experience to our customers!

Backed by VCs like EQT & FoodLabs, and prepped with great knowledge in gastronomy and food delivery we are now looking for you to join our Taste Hunter Team!

• Be an integral part of our growth phase and explore new business verticals
• Lead your own projects & drive key initiatives
• Learn from first-hand from our founders and get involved in all aspects of scaling an early-stage food business
• No secrets and 100% insights
• In your time you will participate in key strategy meetings and engage directly with the founders and business partners. Together with the CEO & team, you will develop forward-thinking, innovative operations initiatives to boost efficiency and shape the future of a young, mission-driven company.

What you need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or in completion) at a top university with a focus on business or a related field
• First work experience in high-performance environments: food delivery or logistics startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, or E-Commerce
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving oriented mindset
• Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
• Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style
• Comfortable when making decisions using limited information and resources
• Fluency in English and German
• And of course: A passion for food
