Tasks
Ensure contracts and agreements are in line with sustainability goals and frameworks
Collect the signed contract documents and perform digital archiving
Function as a contact point for governance and due diligence issues
Interact with partners in Mexico, Honduras, the US and Asia
Maintain current procedures and signatures
Requirements
Affinity for IT-Systems (Excel)
Fluent in English, Spanish is an asset
Proven expertise in international contract law
Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw) or relevant certification
Min. 1 years of PQE as a legal counsel in an international company or in a law firm
