Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

Would you enjoy developing recruitment strategies and personalised relationships with a growing movement of animal lovers in the UK and beyond?

At Brooke, we have gone through a very exciting digital change process across our Fundraising and Comms Directorate. You will be working in a team that has been shaped around the audience engagement funnel with each team set up to play a crucial role in engaging audiences and supporters – from the point of awareness, to interest, to engagement through to supporter loyalty.

Your team will be critical in terms of delivering on ambitious growth objectives – you will help identify audiences and spark their interest in a range of international projects and issues we work on.

The role will be instrumental in responding to new opportunities and creating new financial and non-financial products that mobilise, recruit and engage large numbers of new supporters. One of your first jobs will be to review and align existing recruitment digital and traditional channels, ensuring best practice and a coherent welcome journey for new supporters.

You will work closely with Optimisation specialists, to ensure your team puts data, insights and optimisation at the heart of recruitment and mobilisation strategy.

Skills and Experience required

You should apply if you are an experienced digital fundraiser, marketing or digital campaigner or digital marketing professional, who loves working across different specialisms to drive a first class supporter engagement and development programme. You’ll definitely need lots of digital experience and be confident leading a team through a transitional period.

If you feel like this could be just the right challenge for you, we’d love to hear from you.
