Process all purchase requisitions / orders at the school for authorisation
Support with the monthly payroll administration and additional hours – returns/absence etc
Raise cheques/BACS payments for authorisation as required
Assist with the recruitment process ensuring appropriate pre-employment checks are carried out in line with TWHF policies and procedures
Cash handling and banking were required, in accordance with TWHF protocols
Update the HR management information system and school SCR on a regular basis
The kind of experience you will or may have –
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline or/and willingness to study for a finance or HR qualification would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Practical knowledge of payroll processes are desirable
Experience of working with and running reports from databases – financial and HR related are desirable
