Band 7 Finance Business Partners – two opportunities
£40,057 – £45,839
A Midlands based NHS organisation has an exciting opportunity for two Finance Business Partners to join them on a 6 or 12 month fixed term basis.
These are excellent opportunities for candidates used to working in a fast-paced environment either within the NHS or other complex and regulated organisations.
There are two positions available as detailed below:
- Finance Business Partner – medicine division – 6 months fixed term
- Finance Business Partner – specialised services – 12 months fixed term
Key duties will include:
- Providing financial support and coordinating budget setting for the division
- Monitoring and reporting on financial risk
- Monitoring and forecasting budgetary performance
- Developing and maintaining systems to support financial plans
- Assisting in the development of business cases and tender responses
- Presenting financial information in a variety of formats
- Developing effective and collaborative working relationships to enable shared responsibility for financial issues
Experience of working within financial management for the NHS or other highly complex organisations is essential. However the key skills required for these roles is effective business partnering and the ability to quickly establish excellent working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including senior clinicians.
The Trust supports hybrid working and will require 2 days per week on site.
