Contract: Fixed Term to June 2024
Salary: £22,379 per annum
Could you provide support as a Facilities Administrator to the operation and delivery of a national facilities management service across the British Red Cross property portfolio?
A day in the life of a Facilities Administrator will involve:

Supporting the wider Facilities team in the delivery of planned and reactive facilities management services, to ensure that these meet the need of staff, volunteers, and service users.
Being responsible for the administration of facilities processes between the internal teams and our dedicated supply chain, such as the supplier quotation and financial authorisation / requisitioning process.
Providing a customer focused approach to resolving day-to-day service issues and escalations, under guidance from the Facilities Coordinator, to support operational delivery.

This is a hybrid role between home and your local office with some travel required throughout the year for meetings at other UK offices.

To be a successful Facilities Administrator, you’ll need:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have experience of working within an administrative environment (preferably facilities or finance).
To be motivated and highly organised with meticulous attention to detail whilst dealing with high volume of customer activity.
To be IT proficient particularly with Microsoft 365.
