Your responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding SEO and website testing and train your colleagues in these areas.
• The development and maintenance of a clearly defined SEO roadmap are just as much a part of your tasks as the monitoring and reporting of your SEO KPIs.
• You know the importance of technology, usability and content for a good website and ensure an ideal interaction of these factors.
• You coordinate the implementation of optimization measures and lead technical projects.
• Conducting usability and conversion tests is part of your daily routine and you are willing to support your colleagues in conducting tests.
• You are interested in international development cooperation and enjoy explaining complex issues in an understandable way.
• You keep an eye on current developments, recognize trends and derive recommendations for action from them.

Your profile

• A university or polytechnic degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in online marketing
• Familiarity with TYPO3 or comparable content management systems
• Sound knowledge of common tools for SEO, testing and web analysis
• Very good technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• User orientation and familiarity with personas and user journeys
• Data-based and results-oriented approach to work
• Excellent spoken and written English and German language skills
