The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join us. This role will be focused on sourcing senior digital marketing talent for predominantly retained projects. You will be joining a team of true specialists who focus on delivering exceptional service, and on top of that, they are a delightful bunch to work alongside. We are looking for people who have the ability to build long-lasting relationships and are genuinely excited about the ever-changing world of digital.

This role will suit someone who has recruitment experience but are now interested in taking the plunge in an entrepreneurial business where they can carve out their own personal brand in the market. As a leadership team, we empower our employees to operate with full autonomy.

You’ll be working alongside a hands-on executive team who have extensive experience in building and scaling recruitment businesses, they will be on hand for coaching and mentoring to support your development.
