What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting deep dive analyses to determine the most critical changes to be made in the finance organization
• Identifying potential routes for improvement, selecting the one you believe to be most effective, and then executing an implementation plan

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Spending most of your time in meetings or completing mundane administrative tasks
• Maintaining the status quo – we are looking for people passionate about continuous improvement

Executive Director Finance Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve a finance function within our remote, 24/7 operation. You will be coaching a team of the best and brightest finance professionals in the world.

Basic Requirements

• Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math/Science degree.
• Qualified as a CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or MBA
• Experience working in a Finance or Accounting role for a $100M+ organization
• Worked on at least 3 audits as a client or auditor with a multinational accounting firm

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
