About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO & organizational leadership.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative assistant support to CEO

Composes reports, memos, expense reports and other documents

Coordinate & manage contacts and network

Support & manage CEO’s calendar

Read & manage incoming mail, email & memos

Scan and file documentation

Create, update, and manage documents in Microsoft & Google suites

Update and support in Salesforce

Create Presentations

Comfortable Creating & Defining Processes

Excellent Writer, 50+ WPM preferred.

Event coordination & planning

Travel to and attend local events

Candidate Requirements:

Must be highly organized and detail oriented individual, capable of developing and implementing systems & processes. They must learn quickly and be able to pivot focus immediately to support urgent tasks. They need to feel comfortable managing time across multiple calendars on multiple platforms. Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed.

We are looking for someone with highly effective oral & written communication skills. The candidate should be persuasive and able to get things done. Needs to feel comfortable talking on the phone with executives and business owners. Able to keep composure and execute during highly stressful or time sensitive situations. Ability to anticipate needs of the leadership team and adapt to an evolving environment. Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) & Google Suites (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, & Docs). Must also be capable of learning new software systems. Abilities in graphic design is a plus (Adobe suite)
