RESPONSIBILITIES
● Receive and identify different types of data sets in excels
● Run existing macros and extract excel files using the existing macros for further
processing.
● Manipulate received data in excel and save back to excel in client’s company’s Microsoft
Team App.
● Create custom fields inside the company’s excel files using and use formula based on
data received to ensure data can be properly stored and saved in excel.
● Identify any received data that cannot be imported.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Preferably with a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
● Must have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in understanding data
requirements and handling large excel files and excel data sets.
● Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating complex formulas, pivot, macros, using
hotkeys).
● Knowledge in using or running Macros is a must.
● Knowledge of developing new macros is a huge plus
