Infinity Energy is currently seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This position is a full-time opportunity with starting pay between $15.00 – $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Addressing customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs.
- Energetic
- Professional Phone Etiquette
