To fulfill our mission, we are hiring a talented Administrative Assistant to support our sales, production, marketing, and executive team. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding, “Knock Your Socks Off Customer Service”’ for clients, facilitating creative solutions, and empowering clients at every turn, this is the role for you. *This is an in-person position.

Ideal Candidate Responsibilities And Duties

  • Answer telephones and online chat to assist clients and prospective clients with answers to their questions or concerns
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with clients to ensure solid retention each year
  • Provide support to our sales and production team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures
  • IT Proficient – ability to maintain and add client records.
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Research and create presentations
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Order office supplies

To be considered for this position, a qualified applicant must have the following:

  • 3+ years of prior experience as an administrative assistant
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to work alone with little to no supervision
  • Ability to perform internet research and data entry.
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
  • Light sales experience is a plus
  • Must have great communication skills, be creative and resourceful, with a great work ethic.
  • Must have excellent typing, grammar, and dictation skills.
