On behalf our client, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their sales with their market-leading Cloud Solutions. This person will be responsible to sell to C-Level executives & work closely with a team of pre-sales, marketing professionals to ensure a high level of quality service to our customers. You will be targeting organizations with 1000+ employees. This is a SALES HUNTER role.

• Must be adept at consultative selling
• Proven record for business development in the region; established connects and network
• Very good understanding of the local market in focus
• Consistently good academic records in Schooling & Graduation – sales experience in relevant industry – Cloud HCM / Application Software
Position Description:
• Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Achieving Direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and cross sell products
• Maintaining Strong Relationship with Key/Strategic accounts and play an account manager role
• Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and get business opportunities
• Sales Manager is expected to work with the Regional Head to develop new business in any assigned market
• Cloud. Products. Consulting. Managed Services. And everything in between to sell.
