This Enterprise Applications Lead role provides expert technical support and project management for CFBNJ application initiatives. Working with the CFBNJ team members you will develop scripts, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and provide value back to the organization. This role will troubleshoot complex application issues including enterprise systems and customer developed applications. They will work closely with members of the team and key stakeholders to automate processes and deploy technologies that increase efficiencies, reduce risk or add value to the overall business. They will facilitate upgrades, maintenance, and all other service activities to ensure availability of the applications. This role will also assist with establishing the KPIs and proactive monitoring required to demonstrate the service is up and running, accessible, and performing to established SLAs. This role will contribute to the 24×7 support of this service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in managing the Run Operations and Build activities around the application ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems crossing multiple technologies and business functions.
  • Contribute to automating all aspects of the business processes
  • Work with business and technology teams to establish KPIs and SLAs for proactive monitoring of applications
  • Contributes towards Continuous Improvement of Application Services
  • Ensure the project management methodology is followed for all projects.
  • Ensure appropriate testing is performed on all application enhancements and deployments
  • Possess verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present, persuade and influence peers.
  • Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-directional work environment
  • Ensures Application Services are at current versions and support levels
  • Contributes to 24×7 On-Call support for Application Services
  • Adheres to all policies and applicable change control procedures
  • Create / modify professional technical documentation

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Self-directed and capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC with both waterfall and agile experience.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems concepts and familiarity with Microsoft NAV applications suite.
  • Solid understanding of core business processes around Finance, Distribution and Supply Chain.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and interact with other departments and staff throughout the organization.???
  • Ability to answer all email, voice mail and written documents in a timely manner.
  • Must possess?a valid driver’s license and be able to occasionally travel to our Egg Harbor Township location.??
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Must be able to lift to 30 pounds

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated skill in critical thinking and problem-solving methods
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required. Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems field of study preferred.
